Neil P Phelan, MD

Dr. Phelan graduated Summa Cum Laude from Boston College and received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut.  He performed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Mayo Clinic - Rochester.  He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Massachusetts.

Dr. Phelan is a member of the American College of Physicians, the American College of Gastroenterology, and the American Gastroenterological Association.  His special interests include inflammatory bowel disease and general gastroenterology.

Dr. Phelan enjoys spending time with his wife, a Twin Cities native, and their three young children.
