What Keeps Me Coming Back - Week 3
August is MNGI Pride Month. During this time, our employees have an opportunity to share the experiences that make them feel good about the job that they do. We recognize that it’s the little things that keeps our employees coming back to work each day, and gives us satisfaction even when we have a rough day. Here are some of those experiences that MNGI employees have shared:
I enjoy the patients’ humor when calling to set up a procedure. It’s great to calm their fears and help them understand the process. Nancy R.
I received a huge thank you from a patient that walked in to schedule a colonoscopy because he wanted to talk to someone in person and not over the phone. I took him into my office and listened to him explain how he felt, then scheduled him and went through all the prep information. He was just so thrilled that I spent time with him, listening to him and explaining the procedure thoroughly. Meghan M.
I love working with a group of people that genuinely care about each other. EMEC is a great team of employees who work together very efficiently. Anonymous
The reason I keep coming back is my co-workers. My co-workers are a fun bunch to work with! Roxanne E.
To see smiles on patients’ faces when they tell me they are a really hard blood draw and I get them on the first try. It not only makes the patients feel at ease but really boosts your confidence in your abilities to do your job effectively. Anonymous
