Minnesota Gastroenterology, P.A. (MNGI) is committed to preventing unethical or unlawful behavior by any employee or representative acting on its behalf.
Our policy has always been that compliance with Medicare, Medicaid and other state and federal program requirements – as well as adherence to our own ethical standards and values – is of primary importance. We treat our patients and operate our business with the highest standards of integrity and quality.

Employee Responsibilities

• All employees are required to know and obey all laws and regulations applicable to his/her position, and must comply with these laws and regulations.
• Employees must make every effort possible to ensure that other employees are complying with the law.
• Employees are obligated to report any potential or suspected incident that violates any law or regulation.

Employees are encouraged to report incidents to their immediate supervisor or may contact the Corporate Compliance Officer.
