Senior Leadership

Meet our Senior Leadership team at Minnesota Gastroenterology, P.A.  This team leads and works alongside our Board of Directors, providers and the rest of our staff to ensure that Minnesota Gastroenterology is a nationally recognized leader in the diagnosis and treatment of adults and children with gastrointestinal disorders.

President and CEO

Dr. Ketover is Minnesota Gastroenterology’s President and CEO. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1998, has served as Chairman of the Board since 2007, and has held a number of other leadership positions within the organization. 

Vice President of Operations

Dr. Mitlyng serves on Minnesota Gastroenterology's Board of Directors and supports the organization's operational goals and tactics. He serves as Chair of our Operations Management Group and participates in leadership roles on several other committees.  Dr. Mitlyng uses a data-driven approach to optimize organizational efficiencies, including care delivery and access for our patients. 

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Perdue serves on Minnesota Gastroenterology's Board of Directors and champions the organization's mission to practice medicine of the highest quality. He serves as Chair of our Quality Committee and participates on our Peer Review and Clinical Practice Committees. Dr. Perdue uses evidence-based approaches to foster a culture of superb customer service and excellent patient care.

Board Secretary

Dr. Rossi has enthusiastically served on the Minnesota Gastroenterology Board of Directors since 2012, and is currently the Board Secretary.  He also serves as Chair of the internal Peer Review and Governance Committees.

Chief Performance Officer

Ms. Brock has led the Minnesota Gastroenterology human resources (HR) department since 1999. The HR department is responsible for recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, workers' compensation, training and education, credentialing and peer review. 

Ms. Brock holds a master's degree in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University in Los Angeles and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE). She has participated in state and national human resources leadership activities.

Chief Information Officer

Ms. Lang leads the Minnesota Gastroenterology information services (IS) team, which includes network services, software integration and support services. The IS department provides support and maintenance services to seven locations with 450 users, 55 network servers, more than 600 devices and 30 applications. The department also provides electronic medical record and application development as well as financial and clinical data mining.

Chief Operations Officer

As Chief Operations Officer, Tracy Mill’s role includes leadership of Minnesota Gastroenterology’s clinical operations, ancillary service lines, and ancillary support services; which include a team of 13 Directors. Tracy is passionate about delivering quality healthcare and excellent customer service and has devoted 19 years of her career at Minnesota Gastroenterology (MNGI) leading initiatives and building an operations infrastructure to support patients, referring physicians, and hospital partners.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Silvernale has been responsible for the finance, accounting and business office functions at Minnesota Gastroenterology, P.A. since 1998.  With more than 20 years of health finance experience, he is able to offer local and national perspectives on physician ownership structures, compensation formulas and financial reporting.
